When we saw it, Vicki and I each wanted to share this message with you. It captures this time in Vicki’s life so clearly.

  1. Yes that says it all. We want things different, but not for us to decide. I have been visualizing barrel racing to heaven on one big white horse! We must get together soon. Vickie you are so special– well and about Jim! He hangs in and I thank God for him! Thanks for sharing the poem. Many XXXooo hugs from the mountain lion den, we had one here this week. Talk to you soon, love you, Susan

    Hi Vicki and Jim,

I am deeply moved by this beautiful poem and prayer. I too wish things were different,Vicki. You have always been a special friend and a professional colleague who supported all that I tried to do with my friends at NCEA and UNDA. Please give my love to your daughters Andrea, Elizabeth and your son Nick. Anne and I renewed our marriage vows this past weekend , our daughters Andrea and Elizabeth and their families were with us and Fred and his family came up from Charlotte NC. I remember you and your family every day at Mass and in my prayers. I send my heartfelt hugs and love to you and Jim to you and your family. God Bless you.

    Fred Brigham
