FTDPlanningForHope.com is the Website with more details about FTD and the film, including a contact page and High Definition DVD ordering information.

Along with the producers – who are part of our FTD “community” – we hope to hear not only from persons with FTD and other dementias, but also from persons with ideas and/or resources to help get this film shown and distributed to health care providers, persons with dementia, their caregivers, and other family members.
